My story:
4 years ago I pulled my hamstring playing football (at the time I was a tri-sport athlete). Being young and stubborn (as well as taking poor advice) I continued to run on my injury (which became multiple injuries) for a year. I went through 2 years of physical therapy before my therapist told me there was nothing else she could do for me.

Now, after a year of slowly building back up and learning to not push it, I can run 17 minutes with minimal to no pain. My goal is to run over 3 miles under 25 minutes pain free by the end of the year.
